Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
