Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Westbrook Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
