Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
