Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Cincinnati, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
