Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Haven Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment.
