Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Hollow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Omaha, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
