Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Fern Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in San Antonio focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
