Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visitor services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
