Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Dallas plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
