Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 701 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
