Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Bright Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
