Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Little Rock plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
