Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Cedar Bridge Freight is a Honolulu logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on carrier rates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
