Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Nest Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
