Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Oakland region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
