Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Glen Civic Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on budget submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
