Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Amberfield Willow Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
