Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit West Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
