Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Nova Fox Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
