Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Ivory Facilities Group looks after properties across the Oakland region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
