Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Drift Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
