Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
