Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pike Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
