Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
