Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
