Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit Bright Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Detroit, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
