Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
