Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Hartford supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
