Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Staffing Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
