Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
