Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
