Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Loom Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
