Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Vale Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tulsa caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
