Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Vista Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
