Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 902 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
