Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Fresno with clinics and support teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
