Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
