Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Health Group is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
