Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Iron Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Raleigh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
