Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
