Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Staffing Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
