Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in field inspections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
