Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
