Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Tampa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
