Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
