Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cincinnati with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
