Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Birmingham, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
