Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Nest Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
