Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
