Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Boston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
